Take I-75 to Exit 210 (formerly exit
39).
At the bottom of exit ramp, turn right (West) onto Fruitville Road (RT. 780).
Travel 4.9 miles to Washington Boulevard (Route 301 South) and turn left onto
Washington Boulevard.
Travel 1.4 miles south to Waldemere Street.
Turn right onto Waldemere Street and travel one block.
Upon passing the Cape Surgery Center on the right, make the first left turn to
enter the Waldemere parking garage.
A walkway connects the third floor of the parking garage to second floor of the
Waldemere Medical Plaza.
Signs should then direct you to the room.
